Spent Christmas in a hotel and the experience couldn't have been better. One of the best aspects was the amazing and polite staff. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Plus, the breakfast spread was really nice and we enjoyed it every day.

There were some minor issues we faced. the shower setup was a bit weird without a separate place in the toilet which caused everything to get wet after shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and polite, always ready to assist us. The location was superb, just a short 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with free laundry services available, allowing us to wash and dry our clothes without any hassle. The breakfast was also great, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, transportation convenience, location, breakfast, and the helpfulness of the staff at this hotel.

We also appreciated the opportunity to do laundry for free during our city break. the breakfast was delicious and provided us with a great start to our day. the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from a metro station and well-connected to the city's main attractions.

Our room had a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. the shower lacked a curtain or separate area, leaving the bathroom completely drenched after every use.
